PSCC-865-3

The PSCC-865-3, Protection System Work Order / Invoice is a three-part carbonless form made specifically for security alarm companies. This form has material and layout areas on the back. The overall size of the form measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches. This form can be custom imprinted. Choose Black, blue, red or green ink when you check out. The imprint area is 1 1/4 x 4 inches. The imprint is created with a technique called Crash Imprinting. A high impact die stamps your imprint on the top copy of this three-part form. The image is transferred to the two underlying sheets using the form's carbonless paper which causes the underlying sheets to appear in black. This form includes numbering. The ink color for the numbering will be red. Select the starting number at checkout. If a starting number is not provided we will start numbering with 001001 or 0001001. The number of digits is six. Numbers will be "padded" with leading zeros. A starting number of 1001, for example, will print as 001001. The last copy of the form is Manila tag which is light yellow in color and a heavier weight paper like an index card. This is a "Snap" form. It comes in individual sets with each of the parts bound together at the top or side. Each part can be easily "snapped" apart from the top or side strip.
