The 202, Guest Check is a one-part form made specifically for restaurants and bars. The overall size of the form measures 4 1/4 x 8 1/2 inches. This form includes numbering. The ink color for the numbering will be red. The starting number cannot be selected. It will start with a random six digit number. This is a "Snap" form. It comes in individual sets with each of the parts bound together at the top or side. Each part can be easily "snapped" apart from the top or side strip.
