The LC-5777, General Purpose Laser Checks is a green one-part. The overall size of the check measures 8 1/2 X 11 inches. A voided check or bank specification sheet is required on all first orders for checks. Please enter banking information at checkout and then fax your voided check or bank specification sheet to 303-985-1497 or scan and email a copy to support@formsdirect.com. Please reference your order number on your fax or email. This check can be custom imprinted. Choose Black, blue, red or green ink when you check out. The imprint area is 11/16 X 3 1/4 inches. This check includes numbering. The ink color for the numbering will be red. Select the starting number at checkout. If a starting number is not provided we will start numbering with 001001 or 0001001. The number of digits is six. Numbers will be "padded" with leading zeros. A starting number of 1001, for example, will print as 001001. This is a laser check which requires a laser printer for the printing. The LC-5777 is in stock and usually ships within 5 business days.
